Parents, students, teachers, staff, administrators, families, community leaders and members of the general public have two more opportunities to offer their views on the future of the city schools. CEO Krish Mohip will convene a meeting at 7 p.m. Thursday, March 30, at Martin Luther King Elementary School, 2324 Mariner. CEO Mohip is collecting opinions about what the public wants tos see in and from the city schools.

Kindergarten registration
Kindergarten registration begins March 6 for the Youngstown City School District. Registration may be done at each elementary school.
Preschool Registration
The Youngstown City School District is registering preschool students for the 2017-18 school year. Applications are available at school buildings but they must be returned to Room 113 in the Irene Ward Administration Building, 20 W. Wood St.
