College Credit Plus

College Credit Plus Program

College Credit Plus (CCP) is a new program initiative in Ohio that was created to help students in Grades 7-12 earn college and high school credits at the same time by taking college courses from institutions of higher learning!

The purpose of the CCP program is to promote rigorous academic pursuits and to provide a wide variety of options to college- bound students.

Taking a CCP course from a public college or university is freewhich means no cost for tuition, books, or fees! However, if you choose to attend a private college or university, you may have limitedcosts.

College Credit Plus replaces the Post- Secondary Enrollment Options (PSEO) and all other dual enrollment programs.

Your high school may have an agreement with a local college for specific courses; however, you can chose to take CCP courses that would benefit your future from any college. This includes online courses.
