Welcome to Youngstown Early College (YEC) website, the institution whose Vision is to “create a climate where each student will develop the skills and character necessary to transform goals into realities.” YEC gives students who have traditionally been excluded from post-secondary educational opportunities the ability to earn college credits while in high school.
